The Music Workshop Company are currently running a pilot project, developed from the Songlines for Parkinson's project drawing on additional research from Switch 2 Move and Sing to Beat Parkinson's, for People with Parkinson's in Stevenage, Hertfordshire. A new group will launch in St Albans in January 2024. 

 

Each session includes movement and dance, playing musical instruments such as drums and shakers and singing. No musical experience necessary. 

 

Sessions are informal, friendly and fun.
